The beginning

There is something about baking that quite frightens me. Perhaps I always associate it with it French pattisserie chefs. Or perhaps it the fact that  there are so many things that can go wrong with it. Either way it is something that intidimates me and I am determined to conquer that fear. So join me as I make sense of the all jargon and confusion involved in baking and hopefully we can make sense of this secret world.
